The idiom יענע וועלט 'that world (i.e., the world to come, the afterlife)' appears to be a calque of Polish tamten świat. The idiom אַריבערפּעקלען זיך אויף יענער וועלט 'to pack oneself off to that world (i.e., to die)' appears to be inspired by Polish przenieść się na tamten świat 'to move over to that world', and אַוועקשיקן / עקספּעדירן אויף יענער וועלט 'to send to that world (i.e., to kill)' from Polish wysłać / wyprawić kogoś na tamten świat 'to send someone off to that world world'.
